Beet Soupsoups 1 each bunch of beets, 1 single peeled, halved, sliced 1 each beet greens, 1 single washed and finely chopped 3 each stalks celery, diced 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 single salt & pepper to taste 1 each lg onion, diced 4 each carrots, sliced 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon horseradish 1 can tomato soup Put vegetables in a large pot with water to cover.
