Cheese Potato Soupcheese/eggs, microwave, soups/stews 1/2 stick oleo 1/4 cup onion 1/4 cup flour 2 cup milk 1/2 stick oleo 1 small jar cheese whiz 2 cup mashed potatoes 1 salt and pepper to taste Simmer 1/2 stick oleo and onion until done the way you want. Sprinkle flour to thicken. Add milk, 1/2 stick oleo, cheese, potatoes, salt and pepper. Heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. |
