Carameled Sweet Potatoes
favorite, vegetables
5 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon butter
8 marshmallows
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup half-and-half
Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and place in a 9x13-inch pan. Mix together salt, brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Arrange marshmallows on top and sprinkle with nuts. Pour half-and-half over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
