Cheddar Meat Loaf

1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 1/4 cup bread crumbs; dry
1/4 lb cheddar; sharp, shredded
10 3/4 oz tomato soup; condensed, 1 cn
1 each egg; lg
1/4 cup onion; chopped
2 tablespoon parsley; fresh, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper

Combine all of the ingredients, mixing lightly. Shape into a loaf in an 11 1/2 X 7 1/2- inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for an hour. Serve hot.
