Cheese Squash Casserole

6 yellow squash
1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup butter cracker crumbs
1 cup cheese
1/4 cup milk or cream
1 small can parmesan cheese
