Avocado & Raisin Dip
dips, fruits, mexican, vegetables
2 each avocados; peeled & chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve with raw vegetables, assorted crackers or fried tortillas. Makes 1 2/3 cups of dip.
