Choux Glorieuxcajun, main dish, vegetables 1 med. head cabbage 1 onion, chopped 1/2 lb american cheese 1 salt & red pepper to taste 3/4 stick butter 1 can mushroom soup 1 bread crumbs Boil cabbage and cut into small pcs. Wilt onion in butter over low flame. Add soup and stir; add cheese, stir until melted. Put in cabbage, salt, pepper and enough bread crumbs until it becomes correct consistency for casserole.
