16 oz bean sprouts; 1 cn, *
8 1/2 oz water chestnuts; 1 cn, **

* Bean Sprouts should be rinsed and drained. ** Water Chestnuts should be rinsed, drained and sliced. *** Hamburger buns should be split and toasted.
