Confetti Dressing
dressings, salads, vegetables
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 green onions w/tops; sliced
1/4 cup pimiento stuffed olives
1/2 small green pepper; cut into pieces
1 large celery stalk; sliced
Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until the vegetables are finely chopped. Chill the mixture before serving. Stir the mixture before spooning the dressing over salad greens.
Makes approximately 2 1/3 cups of dressing.
