Rasberry Spinach Salad

8 cup spinach leaves; torn
1/2 cup macadamia nuts; toasted
1 1/2 cup raspberries; fresh
----DRESSING----
3 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
3 tablespoon raspberry jam; seedless
1/2 cup salad oil
2 tablespoon sugar
Toast macadamia nuts in 250 degree (F) oven for 30 minutes, flipping and stirring often. Cool. Mix, spinach, nuts and rasberries in a large bowl. For Dressing: combine all ingredients in a blender and blend 'til thick. Pour dressing over salald and enjoy the taste of spring!
