Refried Beans With Cheese

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 each garlic clove, minced
2 cup cooked pinto beans or
1 each (16 oz.) can, drained
1 each onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 single salt
1 single freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheddar che

Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the onion, garlic, and chili powder saute over low heat until the onion is transparent. Add the beans by th and mash into a paste until all are used. Mix well. Add salt and peppe taste and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Serve as a side dish.
