Country Potato Patties
breakfast, low-fat, potatoes
3 large potatoes; peeled or unpeeled
1 ; boiled til soft
2 tablespoon onion; finely chopped
2 tablespoon celery; finely chopped
2 tablespoon green bell pepper; finely ch
2 tablespoon whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Shred the poatoes in a food processor or with a grater. Combine with the remaining ingredients and shape into four patties.
