Creamy Garlic Dressing

1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 lb tofu, firm, drained
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon dill, fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 fresh ground black pepper
