Muesli
breakfast, fruits, nuts
1 lb rolled oats
1 lb barley flakes
4 oz mixed nuts, chopped
4 oz mied dried fruit, chopped
Put the oats into a bowl & stir in the remaining ingredients until evenly mixed. Store in an airtight container. Serve with soymilk & sweeten with maple syrup or brown sugar if desired. Also serve garnished with sl;ices of fresh fruit in season.
