Creamy Lo-cal Mayonnaise

1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup white flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Simmer together all ingredients except oil & lemon juice. Scrape the simmered ingredients into a blender. While blending, drizzle in the oil. Stir in the lemon juice. Chill.
Alternative: Replace oil with 3 tb tahini OR use 1/4 c cashews.
