Potatoe Chip Cookiescookies, nuts 1 cup brown sugar 1 each egg 1/2 teaspoon soda 1/2 cup crushed potatoe chips 1/2 cup shortening 1 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup chopped nuts Cream sugar, shortening and egg. Stir in flour, soda and vanilla. Mix well. Add chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. |
