Double-boiler Polenta With Gorgonzola
entrees, grains, italian, side dish
1 recipe double-boiler polenta
2 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
4 oz gorgonzola cheese in 4 1 oz. slices
Prepare Double Boiler Polenta. Stir in butter. Divide polenta among four bowls. Top each with a slice of cheese. Serve immediately.
