Fresh Corn "butter"
appetizers, dips, spreads, vegan
1 cup fresh or frozen corn
1/3 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon coconut, optional
Cook corn till soft. Blend with hte rest of the ingredients until it is smooth. Serve on bread, corn on the cob or other vegetables.
