Grilled Plantains
appetizers, kwanzaa, snacks
2 large plantains
1 cayenne to taste
Cut plantains into fourths crosswise, then slice lengthwise to form rectangular pieces about 1/4" thick & about 2" long. Sprinkle with cayenne & grill or broil for about 6 minutes, or until just tender.
