Oat Crackers

1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup water

Mix dry & wet ingredients separately. Then combine them together. Roll out dough 1/8" thick onto an oiled cookie sheet. Score & bake at 325F for 25 to 30 minutes. JoAnn Rachor, "Of These Ye May Freely Eat"
