Mixed Fruit Salad


apples, diabetic, fruits, low-cal, salads

1 cup apples; chopped
1 cup bananas; sliced
8 oz pineapple chunks; unsweetened -drained
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup celery; chopped
1/3 cup mayo; reduced calories
1 tablespoon lemon juice
16 lettuce leaves; optional

Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves. Toss gently to coat, and chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired. Yield : 16 - 1/4 cup servings. Each serving may be exchanged for 1 Fruit.
