Pineapple Mustard Salad Dressing
dressings, fruits, low-fat, salads
1 cup apple juice
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple pieces
2 each garlic cloves
1/4 each avocado, peeled
2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon tamari
Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Transfer to a jar & seal tightly until ready to use.
Goes very well with a tossed salad
