Lentil Potato Burgers


grill, main dish, vegetarian

1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup water
2 cup lentils, cooked & mashed
2 cup potatoes, mashed
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 teaspoon parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the oven 350F. Saute the onion and celery in water about 10 mins. Combine in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into patties and place on a nonstick baking sheet.
